In the maritime industry, service requests typically follow a straightforward yet often fragmented process: a service is requested (usually via email or WhatsApp, with details captured in an Excel template), a quote is generated, the quote is approved, the job is awarded, and then the work begins. Once completed, the job is invoiced, reviewed, and finally paid.
